On this episode of Valuable Insight, Daniel and I examine the concepts of strengths and weaknesses and how to make the most of them both.
When Daniel reached out to me, he believed his sensitivity to be a weaknesses. After talking with me, he realized that his sensitivity was his greatest strength. All he needed to do was harness that power. So, what he was really weak in was using his strength.
A lot of people reading this article will be struggling with something they find to be a weakness. In fact, that "weakness" may be pointing you to understanding your greatest strength.
This episode seeks to help viewers stop for just one moment to realize that what you are struggling with can open the door of your greatest strength. Further analysis of your experiences will reveal that all is good and everything is working out for you.
